We had a lovely stay here at the end of June. The only regret is that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the place, as we had a packed schedule in the area. The place is exquisite, lovely decorated and looks even better in real life. Gemma is extremely responsive and friendly. We 100% recommend Gemma and this place.

We had the best stay here. The place was super clean and so lovely. We felt it was the perfect location for what we wanted to go and do. The Ancient Briton that Gemma recommended was SO good and we would come back to stay longer. Really comfy space to be in and very helpful host. Thank you.

The Apartment was more than expected the decor is fabulous, the bathroom was on par with a luxury hotel !!! The bedroom was lovely and the linen was of a high quality - had a relay nice sleep, i would not hesitate to recommend Gemma's place.

Gemma is a great host. Really friendly and proactive. Gave us an extensive list of local places which was really helpful. The cottage is cosy without feeling confined and really well decorated and thought out. We had a lovely few days and it was a great base for visiting lots of places.

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at Gemma's Air BnB. The place had a cosy feel, was clean, and just felt that someone had really thought about every detail, as well as providing some cleaning supplies, tea and coffee and everything you need for a weekend away. Gemma gave great local recommendations and no research from us required. Right in the heart of the Brecon Beacons park, would recommend to others and come back again ourselves!

I loved staying here, it was even better than I hoped and was expecting, it was actually more spacious and comfortable than I was expecting. I'd happily return to stay here and see more of the Brecon Beacons ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend it

Very lovely place, in a small village right on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. Well located, with everything you need. Gemma has many great recommendations - you won't get bored!

Gemma's place is absolutely stunning. It was even better than I expected. warm, homely, cosy, beautifully fitted with attention to detail. really tasteful and a prefect hideaway to recharge. Gemma even provided the basics such as milk, tea and coffee. She made me feel welcome from the second I booked the place with excellent recommendations. I can't recommend it enough! The perfect stay, thank you Gemma.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was beautiful, so cosy, and perfect for a relaxing break. Everything was clean and had just what we needed, which made it really comfortable for our short stay. Gemma was an amazing host — really helpful and knowledgeable, and she gave us lots of great recommendations for places to go. We were only there for two nights, so unfortunately didn’t get to try everything she suggested, but that just means we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cosy and relaxing getaway.

Our second stay so we knew what to expect. It’s an excellent little base.

We had a lovely couple of nights in Abercraf last week. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Gemma gave us many recommendations in the local area, and although remote, there’s a general store, a coffee shop, and a couple of pubs nearby. We did a tour of the “four falls” which is a 30 minute drive away and well worth a visit. The local pubs were closed on Sunday evening so we stayed in and made use of the kitchen - a microwave oven and single induction hob which was plenty. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wishing to explore that area of the Brecon Beacons. Gemma was friendly, responsive and made us feel well looked after.

We loved our stay! This was a beautifully decorated, cosy little place. It was even nicer than the photos show. The communication from Gemma was great, from plenty of recommendations and quick responses to questions, she was a fantastic host.

Gemma is a great host with 10/10 communication. She recommended many activities and restaurants for us in such great detail - which we found super helpful! The Airbnb was spotless. We've had such a lovely stay in Gemma's beautifully created and characterful home from home, loved the styling with a super comfy bed and gorgeous shower.... Gemma has created such a welcoming and relaxing hideaway which is perfectly located to explore all the Brecons and further afield has to offer, plus 20min walk from The Ancient Briton pub which has delicious food. Great communication throughout, with lots of helpful advice and suggestions for things to see and do. Many thanks and would very much look forward to staying here again.

We are overjoyed to have found this beautiful AirBnB. The Old Exchange has been the perfect base of operations and like a home away from home. Not only has Gemma been so kind and had great communication from the moment we booked, her ability to create this warm, cozy and welcoming space was greatly appreciated. Everything from the lighting to the smell of the bed sheets was spot on! The furniture itself is also excellently chosen. The bed is very comfortable and the variety of pillows leaves you wanting for nothing for whatever your sleep habits are. The windows are large and it’s easy to create a draft to keep the whole place feeling fresh. The couch was also very comfortable to watch some TV and relax after whatever kind of day you’ve had. Being so close to places like The Ancient Breton for an authentic pub experience, the Trecastle pools for some swimming and Lle Tarw for great coffee and cakes truly makes this place stand out from the rest. We can't wait to come back!

This is a gorgeous place that has been lovingly restored by Gemma and Adam. I felt at home immediately and appreciated all the attention to details. The walk in shower is great and when I climbed into bed on the first night, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Everything is of the highest quality and put together for a perfect stay. On top of all that, Gemma was a great help in sharing information about the area and answering my many questions. Her recommendations made my trip extra special, especially the hike up Cribarth. Stunning landscape and views and right out the door. I would love to stay here again.

I have stayed in many air bnbs but this is the best one I have ever experienced!! From the minute you step through the door of your own standalone annex, you are greeted by stylish but cosy, elegant but comfortable surroundings where everything you need is in just the right place. The open plan living area and kitchen is spacious and wonderfully light and designed for chilling out on the gorgeous corner sofa or eating at the table. The shower room is also really large and a brilliant two head shower for easing those muscles after a day in the great outdoors! The bedroom with five star hotel king bed is stunning, with beautiful wooden floors and furniture. This really does provide a home from home with all mod cons provided and intuitive layout with everything you could need at your fingertips. Luxury accommodation in the most stunning natural landscape. Also, two outdoor gravelled terrace areas with views across to the wooded mountains, so you can sit and take it all in. We loved this place and will definitely be back again!
